Dr. Dhrubajyoti Ghosh, an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering at OmDayal Group of Institutions in Uluberia, Howrah, West Bengal, has been honored with a prestigious nomination as the Artist of 'AURA 2024 - International Photography & Art Exhibition'. This esteemed event, organized by Retro Kolkata Magazine, is scheduled to take place at Nazrul Tirtha, Newtown, Kolkata, from January 13 to January 21, 2024.


The exhibition will be divided into two segments: an art exhibition from January 13 to January 15 and a photography exhibition from January 18 to January 20. The event will conclude with a felicitation ceremony on January 21, celebrating the contributions of the artists.


At 35 years old, Dr. Ghosh is not only an academic but also a passionate artist, skilled in using charcoal, graphite, and color pencils. His multifaceted talents extend beyond visual arts; he is an avid reader of Bengali novels, a ukulele player, and a poet with a love for writing Bengali poems. This nomination recognizes not just his technical expertise but also his creative versatility and dedication to the arts.


The AURA 2024 exhibition promises to be a significant cultural event, showcasing a diverse range of artistic talents and providing a platform for artists like Dr. Ghosh to display their work to a broader audience.
