RK : First of all, Heartiest congratulations to be the Finalist & Global Influencer Partner of Retro Kolkata Fashion Blogger & Influencer Award. How does it feel?
Ratri : It felt amazing that I was a part of this big platform as an influencer, because I've started influencing a year back and being a part of it within one year is nothing less than a miracle!
RK : Do you see yourself as an “Blogger & influencer”, and if so, what does that mean to you?
Ratri : I see myself as a good adviser , far more than an influencer. I try to guide them through goods and bads and help them to reach the perfect brand of need and so...
RK : When did you start blogging/ social media, and what was your motivation for getting started?
Ratri : There was no such plans of being an influencer but I was interested in modeling and through that I got some PRs and started promoting them too. Got the idea of influencing and to be honest, I loved it that people were appreciating me for being an influencer! That's an amazing feeling!
RK : What are the three essential elements of fashion that every girl should have?
Ratri : The three elements that a girl should have in fashion is obviously a baggy white shirt, and a pair of cool denim, a nice perfume too!
RK : You have an exceptionally unique look. Where does your style savvy come from, and where do you get your inspiration?

RK : How do you get involved with your followers and find the best way to give them the content they want?
Ratri : I do Q&A sessions and reply to each of them. I get to know what's their choice, what's their wish to see on my feed. I try to reply them on DMs too.
RK : In your opinion, How important are ethical standards for the fashion bloggers & influencers?
Ratri : Not only for bloggers, ethics are important for all mankind. Bloggers or influencers must be true to their audience and also true to themselves. Get unique contents and organic audience. Money is the thing nowadays , but don't compromise your ethics!
RK : Where do you see yourself five years down the lane? Any future plan?
Ratri : I live my life to the fullest! Each moment is precious for me and they're magical, I believe. I don't make far future plans because best is yet to come and I'm waiting for that!
RK : Do you have any Beauty/Skin Care tips or Tricks to look fresh and rested for early morning Photo shoot?
Ratri : Firstly, I've very good skin, haven't faced any problems regarding any skin issues. If there's any early morning shoots, the night before I put mixture of Vit-E capsules and Aloevera gel on face, shoulder and hands. I leave them until I wake up. I look so fresh when I wash my face in the next morning.
RK : Give us 5 fun facts people might not know about you yet.
Ratri : a) I'm a very funny person in general but a badass when it comes to my workplace.
b) I love to prank on strangers in public places.
c) I'm a super lazy person and I doubt someday if I die on my bed, my family will think I'm still sleeping.... That's it !
RK : We (Retro Kolkata) are trying to build one single stage for all the artists, because we believe that artists are the most beautiful creation of God and geographical boundary can never break their unity and harmony. Ratri : Retro Kolkata has taken great initiative to come up with local talents which is overlooked normally. They've given chances to many micro and mini creators to reach their goals and fulfill their dreams.
