RK : First of all, Heartiest congratulations to be the Finalist & Global Influencer Partner of Retro Kolkata Fashion Blogger & Influencer Award. How does it feel?
Sristi Pradhan : Feels really good to be a part of the Retro Kolkata fashion Blogger & Influencer Award honestly.
RK : Do you see yourself as an “Blogger & influencer”, and if so, what does that mean to you?
Sristi Pradhan : I do see myself as a Blogger and Influencer. I do love to help out people not by criticizing their flaws I love to reach out to people as somebody who has accepted their flaws and confidently present herself towards the society as optimistically catchy and would definitely recommend others to accept themselves.
RK : When did you start blogging/ social media, and what was your motivation for getting started?
Sristi Pradhan : 2 years back I've started , everyone used to say that you got a nice dressing sense and all and why don't you start doing vlogging , but due to some issues I couldn't start my channel over YouTube, instead I started sharing my daily looks over my Instagram and got positive feedback, which is overwhelming to me.
RK : What are the three essential elements of fashion that every girl should have?
Sristi Pradhan : FIRST, you should always have a white and Black sneaker and a ballerina which literally goes with everything .
SECOND, a Black Jean's or Trousers a must have.
THIRD, Denim Jackets.
RK : You have an exceptionally unique look. Where does your style savvy come from, and where do you get your inspiration?
Sristi Pradhan : My style is mainly very chic , sometimes it's tomboyish or sometimes indo- western . Totally depends on my mood and the event am attending.
I try to collect some styles from the early 90's as well and I mix and match some stuffs and bingo .
I also get inspired from other bloggers/influencers , my friends , so sometimes, I try to collect all of the styles which create my own.
RK : How do you get involved with your followers and find the best way to give them the content they want?

RK : In your opinion, How important are ethical standards for the fashion bloggers & influencers?
Sristi Pradhan : The fraternity of blogging/influencing consists of various people irrespective of age, gender, religion etc. Blogging/influencing in different sectors like fashion, food, travel etc have been increasing day by day with the progress of science and technology! As a part of human life, every industry possesses competition, so does this! Curating content paves the way in creating a feeling to compete and increases the urge to produce better. My 2½ year journey has taught me several lessons, out of which, the one which deserves special mention is ethical standards. Working ethically is one of the utmost necessities of responsible blogging/influencing. Respect, support, appreciate & comprehend is what I believe in and my perspective towards working in this industry stands tall as for the aforesaid.
Spreading love, moral values, humanity should work as one of the prime guidelines behind influencing/blogging. Some engage into it out of passion and some have willingly chosen it as a profession. Be it either way, a blogger or an influencer should always follow the right path and do it honestly. Acquiring knowledge, learning new things, building relationships, increasing and maintaining transparency, spreading important information, all of these form a major aspect of the ethics that one should follow so as to grow. Growing together not only will create a strong bond amongst us and our followers but also will create and generate a sense of trust amongst each other.
Responsible blogging or influencing, as I said, is one of the most ethical aspect in this field. Displaying and showcasing the right content to our followers and to our peer helps in promoting social welfare and uplifts the mankind. 'With great power, comes great responsibility!', as they say, blogging or influencing should be engaged into following certain basic principles of love-hate, do's and dont's etc. Healthy competition, maintaining certain rules, regulations and restrictions and following certain aspects without creating something hazardous is highly appreciated. So keeping the sector clean,fair & acknowledging each other's effort, time & value without creating hatred will make the world a better place to live in.
RK : Where do you see yourself five years down the lane? Any future plan?
Sristi Pradhan : I like to go with the flow and am basically pursuing a career in Media Science. Let's hope for the best !
RK : Do you have any Beauty/Skin Care tips or Tricks to look fresh and rested for early morning Photo shoot?
Sristi Pradhan : Before sleeping I put up Johnson baby cream , I don’t know if it's funny or not but I don't like to put up many things on my face .
And before any shoots I use some homemade remedies which helps my skin to exfoliate and then I put my makeup on which is literally very less.
RK : Give us 5 fun facts people might not know about you yet.
Sristi Pradhan : Well so ,Everyone thinks that I am into dieting and all whereas the truth is I eat like a Giant and I don't put on so much weight .
Secondly , I love to play at the toy section a lot and whenever I get chance , I visit the toy stores near me and buy something.
Third, I love to sleep , I cancel my plans just to stay at home and sleep literally.
Fourth, I love to eat all kinds of sweets.
Fifth, I love playing Arcade games like COD, PUBG, Mobile Legends etc.
