HOW TO REGISTER

• Click on Register Now

• Fill up the Google Form and upload the Photographs (max 5)

• Registration is completely free. If selected, you will need to pay the Entry Fee (you can exhibit one or two or three selected photographs as per your choice) as mentioned below :​

1. Rs 2,800/- or USD 45 (including Photo Printing & Framing cost) to exhibit one selected photograph and for the entry to all Phototalk and Discussion Sessions with the Mentors.

2. Rs 4,900/- or USD 75 (including Photo Printing & Framing cost) to exhibit two selected photographs and for the entry to all Phototalk and Discussion Sessions with the Mentors.

3. Rs 7,000/- or USD 105 (including Photo Printing & Framing cost) to exhibit three selected photographs and for the entry to all Phototalk and Discussion Sessions with the Mentors.

Uploading guidelines:

• You can upload maximum of 5 photographs in JPEG format at 72 dpi without watermark. Resolution should be within 2400 x 3600 pixels.

• File size for each photograph should be within 5 MB each.

Next Procedure:

After uploading the photographs, submitted photographs will be reviewed by the selection committee and selected Photographers will receive selection mail within 7 days of the submission. After receiving selection mail, payment of exhibition fee should be made within 10 days, failing which selection may be cancelled.

Payment of Exhibition Fee:

First Stage of the Registration is free. If selected, you will need to pay the entry fees as follows :

• Rs 2,800/- or USD 45 (including Photo Printing & Framing cost) to exhibit one selected photograph and for the entry to all Phototalk and Discussion Sessions with the Mentors.

• Rs 4,900/- or USD 75 (including Photo Printing & Framing cost) to exhibit two selected photographs and for the entry to all Phototalk and Discussion Sessions with the Mentors.

• Rs 7,000/- or USD 105 (including Photo Printing & Framing cost) to exhibit three selected photographs and for the entry to all Phototalk and Discussion Sessions with the Mentors.

High Resolution File:

​

After receiving payment, selected photographers need to mail us the high resolution copy of the selected photographs (without watermark), one self portrait and one brief about themselves.

Printing & Framing will be done by us:

​

Photographs will be printed in 12 inches x 18 inches and will be framed with 2 inch off white mount and 1 inch frame (total 18 inch x 24 inch frame to frame. On 25th November, it will be returned to the photographers.​

Return of Photographs:

​

All the framed photographs will be returned to the respective photographers. Exhibited Photographs are need to be collected positively from Nazrul Tirtha on the day of Grand Felicitation Ceremony i.e., on November 25, 2024.

If you are unable to attend / collect the photographs, then it can be sent via courier to your registered address. Courier charge for Rs 650/- is need to paid separately (Cash on Delivery)
